A really excellent knife which we use as a bread knife. It effortlessly cuts even the freshest bread. (We bake at home). It is however extremely sharp and had earned a revered status having drawn blood from both myself and my husband in the first week.Excellent bread knife: good length, sharp, and comfortable handle.
