Love love the magnetic part.... Had a suction cup one before and it broke in no time at all and this one is totally awesome it's larger than I thought it would be and it really really blows the water.... It really helps to clean the bottom of the tankCovered so protects midsize fish from getting hurtLong lasting.I have big, strong fish and while they swim around and into this fan frequently, it holds up and doesn't move on my glass. It also has the right size grates to block my coral substrate, which prevents damage to the fan.Product broke day after we could return itThis works very well!!! It stays in place just fine! No problems with it moving around at all!The magnets are extremely powerful! Be super careful!!theirs a few minor things I would change, but that’s not s big deal.Am happy with my purchase!I put two of the 8 watt double heads in a 110 x-high tank to remove dead spots. they work great! one on each end, one high and one low, dumped cichlid flakes in tank to watch the flow and it got blown every where and ended up in the bottom left on the sand, so I will either drop one down to point at the dead zone, or i'll just get another double head which would fix that also. would be nicer if one of the double head could point up while the other pointed down, then there would be no dead zones. the flow white switch on them doesn't seem to change much flow on the double heads, although I think having switch forward is the most flow. they also seem to create their own bubbles which is fine for an over stocked cichlid tank. they stand by their product with a lifetime replacement warranty which is great. I love how you can move them by sliding them with the very strong magnet. happy with the flow rate of each of the 8 watt ones as well. well worth the extra money.For what it's worth, I wasn't expecting a whole lot...But the rattle and very loose design is really sub-par. Don't expect it to hold the desired direction whatsoever.. slight tug or simply the weight of the wire and the head moves.
