I had great expectations for this item. However when I received the handle was already in pieces and some were even broken. This is the worst item I have ever received from Amazon. Buyer beware not what it appears to be. :(Terrible purchase! One gold chain strap was broken and it was dirty and used on the inside with (3) gummy bear candy inside the purse. Super disappointed!!!!!!!!!!Bag was good quality for the price, except that the shoulder chain came broken.
