I use this and the wheat flour for my bread machine. Love it! The only loaf of bread I can consume is the loaf made with Marriage’s flour.I used this to make sour dough bread. It was the best tasting white bread i have ever eaten.Each time I used this flour, the bread comes out tough and bland. I won't buy againTurned up open flour everywhere had been already damaged and put in different bag but didn't seal the bag.This arrived completely damaged, no point returning it really... straight to the bin!!!Bread always turns out great with this flour !
