Meh. Not terribly well written , not terribly well ANYTHING. I am sure there are ( I HOPE there are ! ) terrific cookbooks that seduce the reader into finding all about Pugliese cuisine but this ain't it. And this is coming from someone who has double citizenship with Italy/USA and has lived there !
