A mi me han servido mucho. recomendado.All good quality items though the bread proofing basket is small, only holds a 3cup flour recipe. The bench scraper is very firm, not much give to it, but serviceable for scraping countertops as opposed to scraping out dough from inside of a bowl. I really just wanted the dough whisk and it was perfect for mixing dough, it alone was worth the price if the kit.Great value but I haven't used it yet because I don't have e the right flour.It was a great buy! So happy with the delivery Time scheduled!Much smaller than it appears online and my kit was missing the scoring razor and replacements. Very disappointed.Splintered after the first use… very disappointing. I proof in these baskets without the cloth so this was a huge bummer for me.Smaller than I thought. No instructions of any kind. Even a blender comes with instructions and recipes. Nothing. I have no idea what to do with these items.This is taking my sourdough to the next level I love it. Before I used my salad spinner bowl with a towel this is so much better. Very easy to clean and makes my bread turn out wonderfulEver since I discovered a way to make fantastic rustic, artisanal bread, I have been looking to up my abilities. I saw lots of people use a proofing basket, so I bought this.I bake my bread in a Dutch Oven and make quite wet dough.Using this basket is way to messy, difficult, and slows me down. I just put a sheet of parchment paper in a bowel to proof, and when the time comes I just lift the dough out with the parchment paper, so fast and simple.So now the proofing basket sits collecting dust.The blade kit to slice the raw dough is a pain. Takes way to long. I just use thin, sharp scissors in a fraction of the time.The basket also came with templates to make designs on the bread. No instructions how to use them, I have no clue how they work. I lost them.So, for me this setup is too time consuming and complicated compared to my scissors and parchment paper. I really can’t recommend this product, not because it is bad, just there are easier ways to accomplish what I need.Although the product is the size and all of the items were included the proofing bowl is unfinished wood. It is not food safe or sealed so therefore whenever anything dough based is placed in the basket little slivers of wood are coming off into the dough.I would NOT RECOMMEND this product!The only reason it is getting two stars is for the other items that are included.I'm not sure why this review asked about the "thickness" of this product ... doesn't seem to have any relevance. Aside from that, the Banneton basket is perfect -- leaves a lovely imprint on finished bread loaves. Don't forget to moisten and then flour the Banneton before placing bread dough in it. I also appreciated having the special blade for decorating loaves. I don't think I will ever use the templates, nor the odd stirring implement (it's too flimsy for dough); but, still, good value for the money spent.This product arrived two days early so that was nice. Overall happy with the items except for the dough whisk. It is quite flimsy and not sure it will last very long making artisan doughs. so disappointed with that part, but the rest of the items are worth the price I paid. I would recommend this item with reservations about the dough whisk.I was excited to get this sourdough kit- the description included all gadgets for the process. However , no instructions and missing razor blades and safety pouch for the blades. Disappointed.
