we love it, and are not able to source it locally, it makes the best pizza dough....Easy to work with. Finished product tastes greatThis is the best pizza flour I have ever usedI make my own pizza dough.. ( every week ) This 00 flour is good, but No different in quality or taste then my King Arthur Bread flour. However the Caputo is 4 times more expensive.Caputo Napoli Pizza flour ( the blue bag ) may be better. I have yet to try that one, but it to is expensive.super fine flour , the perfect flour for making your own pasta. This product is one of the best that I have used for making pasta, and a great way to whip up a great thin crust pizza.My family loves the pizza dough when I started using this flour!
