I ordered this for my mom who is from Riga Latvia, actually I was skeptical at first but it was actually pretty darn good and like from her home country! My only complaint is it took some time to travel to us so it was a pinch dry? Slathering butter on it fixed that quickly!I ate it like cakeGreat bread but is very thick and grainy. Great for a grilled sandwich but not for just a cold meat sandwich.
