UPDATE***I contacted the seller GLAMOUR-SALES from whom I purchased this machine. I told them of the problem and they promptly sent a new unit to me. The new one works flawlessly! Great company!Thank you very much!!!!!Original Review:"I received this a few weeks ago and I must say, It's not worth the money. I haven't had the jamming problems others are having but the heat element in mine must be junk. The original drawing has to be very bold and very dark (like sharpie dark) for it to even make a usable stencil. I have tried all settings and wasted 30-40 carbon papers. Very frustrating and a waste of my money."
