Beer Bread Mixes Rabbit Creek Bread Mixes offer both sweet and savory kinds – just add some simple ingredients (and some beer of your choice) to the pre-made mix before baking! Directions for baking: Preheat oven to 350 degreesCombine all package(s) in a mixing bowlPour in a 12 ounce can of beer (room temperature)Stir until blendedPour batter into a well greased bread pan (9x5x4 inches)Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and pour over the bread batterBake for 55-60 minutes or until bread starts to pull away from the sides of the pan
