I use this mold for soap and bath bombs and I like the design, but because of the deep crevices many of the details break off as I am un-molding items. I still love the look of the items that come out, but if I find about half don't come out so well. Because of the problems I have with removing items I use this mold much less often than I use other molds and have to be selective about when I use it. I do find that when making soap if I pour the soap into this mold first, just after trace, then insulate it really well so it cures as slowly as possible, then let unwrap it and let it sit and harden in the mold for a few days.I purchased the mini rose and the sunflower molds to fill with homemade ice cream to make single serving "scoops" for a tea party. Both molds are good quality. The capacity of the mini rose pan is perfect for a serving of ice cream and if you spoon it in straight from an ice cream maker and let it freeze overnight, the flowers un-mold easily and look beautiful! The sunflower mold did not release the ice cream as easily, so in the future I will save that for baking and order a few more of the rose molds for doing a full 2 quarts of ice cream at once.I used this mold to make soaps, lotions, shampoo bars, etc. It is ok. I think it's a better mold for food products or what have you. Cute but nothing that makes me jump with glee.If the options for no stars was available, that would be the one I'd choose! I ordered this product, and another by this seller in JANUARY. It's now APRIL! I expected a month, tops, for it's arrival. It's 'shipped'. Where did it get shipped from! It's been 4 months. I will NEVER order from these guys EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE. I've emailed them, and have gotten NO RESPONSE. Sorry for all the shouty capitals, however these sellers deserve it. I've never been so disappointed or let down by amazons sellers, until now... Well mid February actually, but now it's just ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU EVER ACTUALLY WANT YOUR PRODUCT!!!!Mine wasn't red, but it was a bright pink, but it does works and it doesn't stick. A good buy in the end. c:it is good although u need to put it on a flat pan but it is good for the co$tA little too filmsy to handle when baking. Didn't expect it to be a little shallow. But still ok to use.Delivery was fast and my muffins look so cute!
