It's "okay" bread if you're really wanting a grilled cheese or anything that has the bread toasted. No flavor whatsoever. It claims to have high fiber content but honestly, I was constipated every single time I ate it. The shipping is way too expensive- for that price it should get to it's destination in a couple of days instead of 7-10. I paid over $30 for 2 loaves with shipping. I am going to look for an alternative, something comparable (carb-wise) and will probably not order this again.
