I still coat the pans with butter before baking and bread slides right off. It has been a few months since I purchased these and use it at least once a month and so far so good.Very nice bread pans. YeaGreat value. Non stick.I just made chocolate chip, banana nut bread with these and they work like a charm. No greasing or sheets used and the breads came out with ease and clean up was a breeze. They're a good size for all types of bread and even a good size for meatloaf if you like to make it in this type of pan. My only concerns are how well they'll hold up over time. They look like they may scratch easily, so be careful washing them and using utensils that might scratch the non-stick surface.I would say the dimensions given in the product description are accurate but the width and length are for the top of the pan whereas the dimensions inside the bottom are more like 3.5" wide by 7.5" long. These pans form fairly small loaves of bread. I haven't had any trouble with bread sticking but I use a bit of canola oil in and on my dough and the loaves fall right out as soon as they come out of the oven - I haven't tried any sweet loaves (banana bread, lemon loaf, etc) of cake-like loaves so I don't know if they would stick. I don't have a dishwasher so I hand wash everything anyway with mild dish soap and because they are non stick, and because the only grease is residual on the dough, the pans are easy to clean.Just what I was looking for a good old fashion loaf pan. I don't use them for bread but instead baking vegetables and meat. They clean well. After some weeks of regular use, there are still no stains and they are still nonstick.The lips also cool quickly, so you don't need to use oven mitts for very long after they're out of the oven.I've only used them three times so far. Great value and easy to clean as there's no seams. Bread bakes evenly and is easy to remove from the pans, even banana bread with chocolate chips and also cheese bread.
