I am kind of new to sourdough baking, but I liked the bread I made with this basket. It made the dough rise nicely and gave it a good shape. I have 3 sizes now and use them with all my breads.Works perfectly, makes a beautiful ‘bread bowl’ for soup or stew, a muffuletta or a small loaf for dinner. I use it with a no knead bread recipe and the loaf releases without any issues. The iconic reed pattern is visible after baking. It’s easy to clean after each use as per the included instructions.The perfect size to make some sourdough bread bowls! I like that it comes with the linen covers.I use them for making bread.Perfect size for bread soup bowls. The two smaller loaves in the photo were proofed in the 5" bannetons and came out excellent.
