Fill the Moka Express boiler up to the safety valve, add ground coffee without pressing, place on induction plate on stovetop on medium heat; turn off heat once coffee starts to gurgle.
The induction plate ensures even heat diffusion for Moka Express pots up to 12 cups placed on its 130mm surface.
Moka Express and induction plate should be hand rinsed only after use, do not clean in dishwasher.
