FYI Twinbird has notified that this is not a product to be sold in the US. The directions are all in Japanese, so I had to contact the company that makes it (Twinbird). They said to return the product as it is only authorized to be sold in Japan and the electronic components cannot handle the US power grid which operates on 120V as opposed to the 100V in Japan. They said it is also a fire hazard as the wiring is not rated for 120V.I really wanted the machine, however I won't risk a fire or burning out the electronics. Hopefully I can find a US version somewhere.
