I’ve baked my own bread for many, many years. When I needed to go on a low carb diet, I knew I had to change my bread-eating habits. But, once I found this product, it is so low carb and tastes so good, I can eat bread again! And this tastes like homemade white bread! Remarkably great taste and texture. I will continue to buy it (in fact, just ordered 4 more). I wish the packages were a little less expensive. That is my only issue. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and follow them. If you do, you’ll bake a perfect loaf.I used as suggested for bread machine even settings and it came out overcooked dry. Need better instructions for bread machine users.
