Matfer’s Exopan line features a pure stainless steel body with a commercial grade nonstick interior got even baking and easy turnout. An enameled exterior coating protects from scratches, dents, and rust. A ring of copper wire along the ridge of the pan provides increased heat conductivity. Available in straight-walled and slightly flared shapes and a variety of sizes.
