The product is excellent. I use to by king Aruther’s OO at the local grocery store . Night and day difference. The crust is fantastic . Like going from frozen to fine Italian pizzeria. I also noticed a difference using the yeast. I bought two five gallon buckets and screw lids at Home Depot. It just about filled both. Highly recommend.
