I bought a Zorizushi breadmaker but found the included recipes for it lacking interest and asked other customers if they might recommend some. Their company doesn't seem to like us using other recipes they haven't tested but I figured that's what bread makers are for, trying new things.This book was recommended by a man (customer) I have since mentally thanked over and over for speaking up about it. Since then I purchased the companion book also and it's equally worthy. I normally wouldn't write a review for a cookbook, but this one is truly the exception. It's not easy to find one used in good condition for a reasonable price but it's worth it if you do. Even if you pay full price for a book like this, the money isn't wasted. Mine came in a very nice box for its protection, a great surprise to me that wasn't in the description. They wanted this book to last the customers and the companion book is a binder you can add or remove pages from. Well done!
