Definitely only 8 rolls or muffins NOT 12. Flavor is acceptable. Easy to make in 5 minutes. I did receive 3 packages as ordered. So easy my son makes the dinner rolls for us! Same mix can be made into flat bread, sandwich loaf or dinner rolls but the rolls are my favorite. Use them for sides, snacks, or even as a non sweet breakfast muffin. They sell them at the local store but it’s a better value to buy the set online.This product is a staple in my gluten free and multiple food sensitivities diet. They are light and fluffy - unlike other gluten free breads. I make it in large size muffin tins, so I get 6 rolls out of a mix. I use them for sandwiches, breakfast bread (egg sandwiches), hamburger rolls and much more. They are a life saver. Great flavor, texture, and all round great product.I love this gluten free bread. I add my own herbs and seasonings and the texture is spot on.Easy to make, delicious, versatile - what else can I say? I bake this bread every 7-10 days for a serving with my breakfast each day. I top with almond butter, avocado, olive oil, or pesto or use for sandwiches. It makes a wonderful dinner roll or pizza crust as well.What I like about this bread mix is that it is very easy to prepare and quick. I am not a fan of the flavor, though. I made little buns and ate them with butter and honey, or as sandwich bread. Would not eat the bread by itself, it is not very tasty. But if you are in a hurry, it is definitely practical for us gluten free people. The other thing that I really appreciated is that it is yeast free. I am allergic to yeast, so this gave me another option besides preparing my own flour mix to make bread at home. I substituted the vinegar for lemon juice and it worked well. This brand has other gluten-free mixes available and I really love the pizza dough mix.Good brand-good product.I would steer clear from purchasing from this vendor as I only received 1 of the 6 units. I have had zero success trying to get any customer service to look into what happened. This is highway robbery to say the least. It is expensive to begin with but becomes even more expensive when you calculate the time I spend trying to get this resolved :( - to no avail !!!Do not order this product if you value your sanity. It says 6 but only 1 box came. Then upon calling Amazon they fixed it and it happened again. When I inquired they said themselves.. I guess don't trust this product it will just keep happening.So frustrating.Would never have ordered this product at $60 per item. Clearly it is priced to sell pretty much competitively at $60 for six - not one, like someone on the chat line tried to make me believe. Don't order this.You could find a recipe on-line and make almond bread yourself. One package of this item makes a very small loaf of bread. It's not worth the price.We did not receive the six boxes as the item described. We only received one!
