I had high hopes for this thing. I liked the way the characters looked better than the Dymo one but unfortunately there are a few letters that just don't punch out fully, like my R looks like an F and my M an N. I'm pretty bummed out because I bought a few different colour tapes for it too. The letter shapes are much cuter that the Dymo ones but alas it's pretty much garbage when you can't print out half the words you need.Tape falls out easily. For the cost, compared to other models, it isn't a bad deal. If you are doing a lot of labeling I would go with the bigger more expensive version.Please save your money and search for the Dymo 1880 Embossing Labelmaker (comes with 3 wheels and tape — see comparison pictures attached). The Dymo version is much better quality. For example, the Dymo wheel slides smoothly and easily with your thumb whereas it takes both your index finger and thumb to barely turn the Motex wheel which feels like a cheap plastic toy from a fun meal that’s going to break. You can still find the Dymo version on eBay, Etsy, etc. (but be careful about shipping costs — out of curiosity, I just searched and found a Dymo on eBay for the same amount as the Motex with free shipping and found another Dymo on Etsy for a little less than the Motex BUT WITH $13 SHIPPING!!! Ok. No Thank You.)It was not easy to use and read.This product is not what I was expected. I need to have a strong hand to use it. It kinda hurt my hand trying to make couple of labels. And it doesn’t come out right the letter clutter together. Also because the tape I ordered was a bright color and the letter is white so it doesn’t really show. And it’s a Hassle going Back-and-forth to find the letterThis is the coolest label maker. It is time consuming but worth the time. I love it for the cost and ease.I love this!
