Note to seller: please include a clearer picture of the ingredients list.I am 6 months pregnant. I have Multiple food allergies. Came home from OB/GYN appointment hungry. Happily, I found my my package of cinnamon raisin bread...Started browning with coconut oil and topped with some powdered sugar right away. Shared the end piece with my husband, ate a slice and a half before it occurred to me to check the sugar content-which is low-and out of curiosity if there was even any sugar added-to realize this bread CONTAINS EGGS. Yep. So then came frantically looking for the benadryl, vomiting came a little later and spending the next day in pain and in bed. Baby seems fine. Fortunately, egg whites are not the worst of my allergies and I am feeling better. The bread itself tasted good and arrived on time but... In part my enthusiasm, and not reading the package well-assuming all Ener-G products were the same, they are not per the description on the back of the package. This is an Ener-G Select bread. I am familiar with Ener-G breads as being gluten, dairy, egg, and soy free. The addition of "select" indicates it is their line of egg containing products. ?Now I know. But I think it would also be in the seller's interests to show respect to customers by showing a better image of the back of the package and write out the ingredients, including the allergy alert statement. Just sayingFor those of us that have to be gluten, nuts, dairy and soy free, this bread is excellent!!!! Don't know how much bread I have thrown away because it was crumbly, tasteless, and very dry, but this brand I have ordered several times and each loaf is fresh and tasty. Best toasted. Has a shelf life of up to a year. It is nice to have a sandwich again after this very limited, boring diet I must live on.Had some communication with the company and they answered my email within a few hours. They were courteous and friendly and solved my problem within 24 hours. Five stars for the company and the product!I recently wrote a bad review for my order. It was not the bread but the ad said six (6) loaves. evitamins sent one (1). The bread is very good for gluten free. Try it, you will like it.I ordered this expecting six loaves of bread. Only one loaf arrived. I thought the others would arrive maybe weekly... I’m not sure what is going on, but this one loaf was ridiculous for the cost, and only fair in taste. This was listed as “6 count”, but only one was shipped.
