I have all three books and they are my baking bibles, I have baked every single recipe in the prior books and now working through this one. My sons lights up when we he knows I am baking. These books allow my sons to experience all types of baked good, which is not possible for us to by in any bakery in our area (my oldest is allergic to gluten, egg, nuts and my youngest to cow's milk).I have tried many other sources any they never turn out quite as perfect as Erin's. It takes a little work to get started, getting used to the ingredients and the techniques, but once you get going the recipes are very similar and you get the hang of it.
