Very simple to useThey do what they are supposed to do. I've only used one so far, so can't attest to consistent quality.Note: some people have complained about horrible taste in their soda water. I suppose it's possible for cartridges to be contaminated. But I want to point out to those who don't know: carbonated (soda) water is HORRIBLY BITTER by itself. That's why it's added to heavily sweetened syrups to make carbonated beverages. (It beats me why anyone would add it to whipped cream or Scotch, but I never tried either, so what do I know? LOL)I have an old (pre 1996) soda siphon and the tube and gasket along with the CO2 cartridges were old. When I tested the old cartridges, some of them had gas, some did not. I ordered replacements.PROS - fits fine, cartridges empty completely into siphon. Would recommend these.CONS - amazon delivery drivers do not know how to read or use a doorbell. Presents problems but thankfully, my neighbors manage to get my packages to me (and I to them).I got these for an old ISI Twist and Sparkle I got years ago and ran out of cO2 cartridges. These work like a charm; I just wish they weren't so expensive at a dollar a piece.It worked well. Not sure how long these are supposed to last because I’ve never used these before but worked well with my Kegwerks 64 ounce dispenser.I got the small package because I wanted to make sure that it would work with my MOSA beverage maker. Works well and I will get a more economical package next time.They do what they're supposed to do but this is my first time using anything like this and my whipped cream is bitter and I don't know if it's because of these or not. No matter what I do it's got a bitter aftertaste. Whipping cream and powdered sugar only. Nothing to give an aftertaste.If I wanted flat water I can get it from the sink!!!! What a joke, don't waste your moneyI bought these for my beer growler as the Amazon ad suggested they are frequently bought together. Sadly they are too short for the canister holder so I cant use them.
