I expected heavy duty from marcato. This product is very lightweight.It does the job. The metal feels cheap. It's cast aluminum. The 2 inch one is actually 1 7/8 inches. I'll be buying a larger one but will research other ones first.Just plain and straight forward but does a great job. Makes ravioli a breeze. Couldn’t ask for a better product. If you ravioli doesn’t release a press with one finger in the top and your home free. Love but I intend to purchase some of the more expensive stamps and makers by Marcato.Now we know whether that delicious little mystery package is filled with cheese (round) or meat (square). This ravioli cutter is the perfect size, easy to use, and (best of all) takes up practically no storage space.I have not used yet but seems very well made.Perfect for homemade cheese raviolis ????This stamp is very nice - sturdy and handsome. I purchased the 2" round size, and the stamp looks very close to the picture. It's honestly a little nicer looking in person. Hoping to put this to good use.I was super hesitant about paying so much just for ONE pasta stamp press but it was well worth it! The quality is AMAZING and Marcato has done it right, once again.
