I like this product as boxed and made according to their instructions.To make it extraordinary use the suggestion on the box and add a mashed banana. I double the volume on the Banana. Makes the consistency moister and the flavor more prominent. For some reason it makes the pumpkin flavor richer. Love it.Very nice flavor enjoy these with a nice cup of coffeeI have bought this mix to make pumpkin muffins with mini chocolate chips. Sometimes I make a bread.Had a hard time finding this product in local markets. Once again Amazon came thru in time to makefor Thanksgiving Dinner. The Cranberry Bread was Delicious !!These are SO easy and very moist.I have been looking for pumpkin bread mixes at my local stores and could not find any so went on line at amazon and found a couple of selections, ordered the one I was familiar with (pillsbury) and amazon delivered it in two days, now I know where to get more if I need to.
