This is the generation one Keurig.I really do like it took me a little while to figure out the alarm timer on it. I just went to YouTube. Put in the type of currick. I had and got all of my information that way it was much easier on learning how to do it. The only thing I did not like is that the buttons are on the top instead of in the front. But that is my little pet pee. Other than that, it is a great working coffee pot and single brew. In order to keep the plate hot after 2 hours, it automatically shuts off. You have to hold the coffee pot button. Momentarily for about 3 or 4 seconds and a red light will pop on and your plate will start warming again for 2 hours. But since I went to the curic website and found one identical like this only. It was the generation too. So I thought oh my God. I want this one because the buttons are in front. And I don't have to stand on my tippy toes to see the top. This so I ended up giving one of my twin granddaughters this 1 and it really works great and it is nice. She loves it and my other granddaughter. Bought me the new generation 2 with the buttons in the front instead of on top and it all worked out great. But for the most part if I had to buy it again and no other choices. I definitely would so I highly recommend it. And it works great worth the money.
