This bread box holds two loaves of bread plus a pkg of buns and a partial loaf. I'm very pleased with the amount it holds, and the look/design of it. The only reason I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is that I have to be careful opening the lid, as it tends to want to tip the box backward. I like everything about it so much that I was willing to get used to that, and simply be careful.Box has a nice retro look, glossy white. Totally satisfied with purchase.Mine is perfect. Stark white. Pretty too. Keeps all my stuff together on bathroom counter & makes it look neat. Not cluttered like before. Bought another one too!The style is perfectly retro. Can store two large loaves of bread and then some. The one thing I wish it had were hinges as to keep the lid open. Would I buy this again... yes.Sleek design and well made. I have a loaf of bread, English muffins, and tortillas in here.I actually bought mine to store our meds on our kitchen counter.The box reminds me of a tackle box without the levels inside. Major issue is no spring to hold the lid up and the bottom does not have rubber to prevent scratching. I bought it for my counter and it works bit only be I have had to place a cloth underneath it. Keeps my counter de cluttered for sure. Using it for packaged muffins and croissants.I've been looking, on and off, for a container to store bulk packages of spices in for a while, and have looked at a lot of options without finding anything that could store them adequantly (as in preferably all in one container, and in an upright position). Recently I thought to look at bread savers, and a variety of differently-sized metal bread bins came up in the search results. The large size of this one is a close match to the area of counter I had being used up by several random open-top container to hold spices, and it's height is enough to comfortably fit the roughly 6.5" (16.5cm) height that the majority of packets seem to come in. The bread bin arrived today and now I have all the spices attractively hidden away, not exposed to light (which helps them to maintain flavour longer), and still easily accessible when cooking. It's wide enough to hold three rows of them, with a little space left over to stick larger packets into. Very pleased with this purchase!Super cute bread box, exactly like description aside from:Very flimsy metalUnusable due to all the dents. Amazon and shippers box was still intact so must have been sent that way?!Would not order again due to flimsy material, condition of product and it cost $35CAD to return.
