Capacity The 4" x 22" hopper/cylinder holds 10 lbs of ground meat, ideal for making homemade sausage. The horizontal construction lowers the center of gravity, making it more stable when stuffing sausage links and salami-type sausages.

Variable Speed The tap water entering the hopper/cylinder and pushing against a double O-ringed piston regulates the filling speed, slow to fast.
