We have used it many times since buying and it makes creamy, delicious ice cream every time! We've added fruits, nuts and cookie dough and it's perfect every time. We really love that it came with 2 freezer drums so I can make a second batch while the first drum is refreezing. A couple of people griped about the noise (not sure why it's a big deal) so I will say it does make noise while churning, but doesn't bother us. It doesn't take long to have a yummy batch to eat!
