I used these for turkeys. From what I've read they can be washed and used again - if I was using them frequently I would consider it but I don't think it would be a good idea to let them lay around for a long time between uses. They stuck to the turkey skin a bit and I had to be careful removing but I later read that soaking them in vinegar or liquid smoke should help with this. I will try that next time. They allowed the smoke to penetrate well and the skin got a great color without any marks from the bag. Also, the wings and legs were held together nicely and made for a nice presentation.
