Directions Pour the milk and yogurt cultures into a jar. Fill the outer pan of the yogurt maker with warm water. Set the fermentation time to 8-12 hours and adjust the temperature setting to the appropriate level for yogurt fermentation. After the fermentation period is over, turn off the machine and transfer the jars to the refrigerator for a few hours to cool and solidify the yogurt further.
