I am so, so happy I bought these. I've really gotten into making banana breads in the last few months and wanted something that was easy to clean and didn't require using wasteful parchment paper, or excess butter. A few reviews had said that silicone bread pans don't actually work in terms of their non-stick ease of use, and a few reviews complained that these were actually a smaller size (or maybe I'm remembering a different product's reviews, I had looked at so many before settling on these!)I love that there are 2 pans in this set although admittedly I haven't made that much bread to use them at the same time yet. My breads have come out PERFECTLY with only a very thin layer of crumbs left in the pan. Which, is extremely easy to wash out! They are just what I'd hoped they would be. For reference, the types of breads I have been making are paleo and use coconut oil, I don't know if that has helped them slide out easily, but I wouldn't imagine that makes a difference. The first time I used them I did butter the pan, because I didn't want to be disappointed if it did stick. But the other times since I haven't buttered it at all, just dumped the batter right in and it's come out [mostly, as mentioned above] clean every time. Def would recommend!!
