These things are the worst for baking.Maybe they could be used for Sous Vide (the silicone material itself is okay) but for anything dough related they aren't worth the hassle.They seem to be only semi-nonstick and they don't stay closed very well with the silicone drawstring/tie. You have to hold the top closed with one hand while kneading with the other. Getting dough out if it is a pain, even when turned inside-out. Cleaning it is annoying.This does not save you any time or fuss.You're better off with a standard bowl and spatula (bowl-scraper).
